The Philpoly Football Club Training Programme is an after school programme which makes it flexible for all students between the ages of 5-16 years. It is designed to dig up latent talent and enlighten young soccer players with basic soccer techniques while imparting positive elements of soccer such as discipline and motivation. There are two categories – the Regular Football Training and Advanced Philpoly Football Club Training Programmes. Training is offered 3 times a week within a 9 month period, from September to May precisely. . 

The Corporate Football League is a periodic soccer event held for corporate institutions, companies and organizations, and has been running since 2023. The League is open to all corporate institutions for players 30 years and above, and runs for a period of 5 months within 10 teams. Matches are played on Friday nights. The objective of the League is to improve morale and team spirit among employees in organizations and institutions. This helps to build employee confidence and loyalty and integrate management and workforce at every level. Corporate Football League encourages both young adults and adults to continue playing and enjoying all aspects of the beautiful game.
